Mid 2015 I took the opportunity to immigrate to the USA. Here I joined in the development of a pilot project called Scatzy.com – an online multimedia distribution startup aimed at distributing media content such as MP3s, ebooks, and VOD from various home countries to their respective expatriate communities worldwide. It’s an exciting concept that has stretched me in all directions forcing me learn new things on the fly as I was responsible for the development of an automated news aggregation website with e-commerce and “membership-only” capabilities.

The site is built on WordPress and I continue to maintain it’s content in addition managing to all online and electronic marketing activities. Over the last 18 months the site had in excess of 120 000 unique hits averaging 6700 per month.
